Here is how to make arrangements to visit us.
Review the weekly itineraries to decide when you would like to come. When you have some target dates in mind, just use the Contact Us page to let us know. We will let you know if those dates will work for us. That page has a specific e-mail message (mailto) for each situation. Each message type is pre-addressed and identified by subject and there are instructions as well. Use General Questions to inquire about non-arrangement issues and use Arrangements for exploratory arrangement questions. Do not make any airline or other non-refundable commitments until we confirm by e-mail that we are available for the dates you want. Christmas vacation, Easter, Spring Break and Summer are the most popular times so start your planning early for those times.
