Here is a Check-List to see if you have everything ready.

1. Passports: Get passports for everyone with matching names to other identification and expiration dates 6 months after travel complete.
2. Arrangements with Us: Make arrangements with us before any Airline commitments see Arrangements.
3. Airline Reservations: Refer to Airline Flights then make reservations after we confirm by e-mail your arrangements with us.
4. Crew List Details: Send  details for each guest in the body of text with attachments see Guest Details
5. Travel Consent Forms: Use Travel Consent Form to print and sign customized consent form for each minor traveling without both parents. Send signed copy to us in e-mail attachment with guest details. Bring 6 copies with you in case they are requested.
6. Waiver: Use Waiver to print and sign a copy for us of all guests. Then scan and attach the signed copy as an e-mail attachment with Guest Details.
7. Customs Letter: Use Customs Letter to decide if you need to edit a letter of explanation for Customs and Immigration. If so, attach a copy as an e-mail attachment with Guest Details and print 6 copies to carry with you.
8. Ground Transportation: Use tourist guides in the weekly itinerary and Ground Transfers to prepare your local hotel, ground,  ferry and air commuter transportation.
9. Shore Excursions: Investigate shore excursions on-line as mush as possible to learn about available shore activities.
10. Scuba Certification: If at all possible get certification, if not just take an "Introduction to Scuba" class at your local dive shop for free and take our on-line course. Bring your documentation with you.
11. Provisioning: Bring special items we do not have as Accommodations, especially sunglasses, sun screen, medication, sea sickness aids. Have the taxi stop for any special provisions you may need before your arrival.
12. Keep in Contact: Using our yacht-mail keep in touch prior to your departure. If possible, text e-mail us after you arrive to give your ETA at the dock. We begin checking e-mail hourly at 1:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
13. Bring Your Check Book: So you can write a check to reimburse us for your share of the expenses as discussed in Your Costs.
