For customized e-mail with instructions choose the tab on the left. If your question is not answered in FAQ, contact us directly and we will try to answer. To avoid SPAM, e-mail messages will be pre-addressed but you will have to enter a special subject code otherwise the message will be rejected. Each message type has a different subject code explained under each tab on the left. If it is not about arrangements to visit use General Questions. If you want information about arrangements to visit on a specific week(s), use Arrangements. Before your visit you will need to supply Guest Details, sign, attach and send a Waiver and you may need to edit, attach and send a Customs Letter which you can pre-print 6 copies to carry with you. If children under 18 will be visiting without one parent present, you will need to attach and send a signed consent form (see Waiver for consent forms) and preprint 6 copies to carry with you. We have two different e-mail facilities. One restricted by radio on the yacht, (yacht-mail) that we check once a day and one regular internet e-mail that we can only access once a week or less. So for yacht communication, please send text only, no inserts, no pictures and no attachments. We are on a yacht in the Caribbean (where you should be!) with yacht-mail 2400 baud modem. We cannot receive anything but simple in-body text. To avoid SPAM, you will have to edit the presupplied subject line with special coded data. We usually check our yacht-mail daily. We have a separate internet e-mail address for attachments that we check weekly or less. To help you use the right one I made specific mailto tabs for each situation with a preaddressed format. For example, Guest Details and Waiver use the internet e-mail because they are non-time critical. While General Questions and Arrangements use the yacht-mail. So please use the correct message type tabs shown on the left and follow the directions otherwise we might miss your e-mail.
