Be sure to check the FAQ just in case that will answer your question quicker. Please click the e-mail link below for any question except questions about arrangements to visit. Then to avoid SPAM, edit the blank subject line by adding the key words, general questions: exactly as shown bolded. After the key words, general questions: add your family name. Use our yacht-mail at: generalquestions@thefamilyaffair.us and please send text only, no inserts, no pictures, graphics, wall paper... and no attachments, just text of less than 1000 characters. We are on a yacht in the Caribbean with yacht-mail 2400 baud modem. We cannot receive anything but simple in-body text. If it is addressed correctly, you should get an automatic message confirming your e-mail was received. If you do not get an immediate confirmation something is wrong. For questions about arrangements to visit us use: Arrangements. We have a separate internet e-mail address for attachments that we check weekly. For example, Guest Details and Waiver use this internet e-mail because they are not time critical and require attachments. So please use the correct message type shown on the left otherwise we might miss your e-mail.
