For most islands no special shots are required. However travel shots may be recommended from time to time for some of the islands. In all cases you should update all of your routine vaccinations recommended for your own country. In addition Yellow Fever, Hepititas A, Hepititas B, and Typhoid may be recomended. You should ask your doctor for recommendations or click on CDC and enter the islands you will visit to get a current set of recomendations. Generally the northern Islands like USVI and BVI are safer than the southern Islands like Grenada, Tobago, Trinidad, Margarita.
