St. Barths is our Caribbean paradise for the 4th week of the year.

During this week our family sailing cruise will concentrate on St. Barths which is an ideal location for a vacation adventure. St. Barths (aka St. Barts) is a major port for Mega Yachts with a world wide reputation for luxurious villas, elegant small hotels, world class French restaurants, and World class shopping and exotic night life. We will meet you in Gustavia, St. Barths. Have your taxi hail the "Family Affair" on channel 9 and we will pick you up Sunday afternoon near 17.90498167,-62.85874667 at the dinghy dock near the main port offices. During the week we will visit several great anchorages and end up at Philipsburg, St. Maarten. This week has easy sails and an easy passage on Saturday.

Itinerary & Passage Plan:
Sunday:
We will meet you at the dock in Gustavia, St. Barths Sunday afternoon and spend the night there. You will need a taxi from the airport to the dock. Have the taxi hail the "Family Affair" on channel 9 and we will pick you up at the dock.

Monday:

On Monday we will stay in our anchorage and get acquainted with the recreational opportunities and the local activities. We will clear customs for our departure tomorrow.

Tuesday:

We will move anchorage to Anse de Colombier, St. Barths leaving about 10:00 AM. It will take about 1 hour. From here we have access by Run-About to reefs and marine park areas. There are trails ashore as well. But this is an isolated spot and there are no roads to here.

Wednesday:

We will spend Wednesday day and night at Colombier Bay. From here we can access the north shore locations such as Anse Des Flamandes, Anse Des Cayes, Baie St. Jean, Lorient, Marigot, and Cul-de Sac

Thursday:

We will move anchorage to Ile Fourchue, St. Barths about 10:00 AM. It will take about 1 hour. This is an island marine park with overnight anchorage. We will have easy access to all parts of the island.
Friday:
We will spend the day and night at Ile Fourchue.

Saturday:

We will complete our passage to Phillipsburg, St. Maarten. It will take less than 3 hours leaving about 10:00 AM. We will check-in Customs and Immigration here.
Sunday:
We will deliver you to the dock at Philipsburg, St. Maarten at your convenience before noon.
So you will need a taxi to the airport from the dock it is close by. We can hail one using the radio. St. Martin /St. Maarten has good airline flights home and connections to other Caribbean spots.
