St. Lucia is our Caribbean paradise for the 45th week of the year.
During this week our family sailing cruise will concentrate on St. Lucia which is an ideal location for a vacation adventure. St. Lucia is the sort of island that travelers to the Caribbean dream about--a small, lush tropical gem that is still relatively unknown and very yacht friendly. We will pick you up at Vieux Fort, St. Lucia dock Sunday afternoon near 13.72231167,-60.955785 at the main Fishing Port dinghy dock. You will need a taxi from the airport to dock. Have the taxi hail the "Family Affair" on channel 9 and we will come to the dock and pick-you up. We will use the Run-About to visit all the local spots from here and end the week making passage to Cul-de-Sac Marin, Martinique. We will deliver you to the Cul-de-Sac Marin dock there before noon on Sunday. We will hail you a taxi to the Martinique airport.

Itinerary & Passage Plan:
Sunday:
We will meet you at the dock in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia on Sunday afternoon and spend the night there. You can fly to St. Lucia from San Juan or other islands. Then you will need a taxi from the Airport to Vieux Fort dock. Ask the taxi to hail the "Family Affair" on channel 9 VHF Marine radio. Then we will come and pick you up at the main dock.
Monday:
On Monday we will stay in our anchorage and get acquainted with the recreational opportunities and the local activities. We also have easy access with the Run-About to Laborie Bay, Point Sable, Maria Islands Nature Reserve, Sable Beaches and Reefs.
Tuesday:
On Tuesday we will move anchorage to Marigot Bay, St Lucia. We will leave around 8:00 AM. It is about 6 hours in protected waters. We will have good access to recreational opportunities and the local activities. We also have easy access with the Run-About to the Capitol of Castries, Anse La Raye, Anse Cochon.
Wednesday:
On Wednesday we will stay in our anchorage because we have good access to recreational opportunities and the local activities. We also have easy access with the Run-About to the Capitol of Castries, Anse La Raye, Anse Cochon.
Thursday:
On Thursday we will move our anchorage to Rodney Bay leaving about 10:00 AM. It is about 2 hours in fairly protected waters. We will have good access to recreational opportunities and the local activities.
Friday:
On Friday we will stay in our anchorage because we have good access to recreational opportunities and the local activities. We also have easy access with the Run-About to Pigeon Island, Cas en Bas Beaches, Le Sport, Sandals Grande, Windjammer resort. We will clear-out Customs and Immigration here for tomorrow's passage to Martinique.
Saturday:
We will make passage to Cul-de-Sac Marin, Martinique. It will take about 5 hours in open waters leaving about 8:00 AM. Those who would like to skip the passage can get a flight to Martinique and meet us at Cul-de-Sac Marin. We will check-in Immigration and Customs here for Martinique.
Sunday:
We will deliver you to the dock at Cul-de-Sac Marin, Martinique at your convenience before noon. You will need a taxi from Cul-de-Sac Marin to the airport. We can hail one using the radio.
