If you can fit in the airplane, you are ok.
The airline accommodations are very similar to the berths, companion ways and heads on our yacht. The heads/showers are very similar in size. If you can sit in one economy airline seat, you will do just fine in the berths and companion ways. I am 6' 2" and my head room is ok. I think anyone under 6' 4" will not have to stoop. Anything above that and you are already a stooping champion anyway.
